By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and receive ammunition.
  • You are not prohibited under federal, state, or local law from possessing ammunition.
  • All information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete.

Compliance With Laws

All products are sold for lawful purposes only.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, transportation, delivery, and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Verification

We reserve the right to verify age, identity, address, permits, licenses, or other eligibility requirements before processing or shipping any order.

Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation may result in cancellation of the order.

Order Acceptance

Black Ring LLC reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, compliance concerns, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, shipping restrictions, payment issues, or legal and regulatory restrictions.

Published velocity, accuracy, and performance data are based on testing conducted under specific conditions and are not guaranteed in every firearm or application.

Firearm Compatibility

Black Ring LLC does not guarantee compatibility, reliability, accuracy, or function in any particular firearm. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ammunition is appropriate for their firearm and intended use.

Inspection Upon Receipt

Customers should inspect all products immediately upon receipt.

Any concerns regarding incorrect shipments, damaged packaging, shortages, or apparent defects should be reported promptly after delivery.

Safe Use

Ammunition must be stored, transported, handled, and used safely and in accordance with all applicable laws, firearm manufacturer recommendations, and accepted firearms safety practices.

The customer assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, transportation, and use of ammunition purchased from Black Ring.

Assumption of Risk

Firearms and ammunition are inherently dangerous products.

By purchasing or using products sold by Black Ring LLC, the customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the possession, storage, handling, transportation, and use of such products.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly required by applicable law, all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

Black Ring LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility with a specific firearm, or suitability for a particular application.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Ring LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages arising from or related to:

  • The purchase of any product;
  • The use or misuse of any product;
  • The storage or transportation of any product;
  • Firearm malfunctions;
  • Property damage;
  • Personal injury;
  • Loss of use; or
  • Loss of profits.

In no event shall Black Ring LLC’s total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Black Ring LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions;
  • Your misuse of any product;
  • Your violation of applicable laws; or
  • Your possession or use of products purchased from us.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within our stated processing time; however, shipping and delivery dates are estimates only.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delays caused by weather, carrier operations, labor issues, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Black Ring LLC.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

Black Ring LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will become effective upon posting to this website together with a revised effective date.
