Black Ring Ammunition does not provide legal advice or guarantee that ammunition ownership, purchase, or delivery is lawful in your area. You are responsible for confirming that your order is lawful before purchasing.
Verification
Black Ring Ammunition may require age, identity, address, permit, or eligibility verification before processing or shipping an order.
Failure to complete required verification may result in order cancellation.
Order Acceptance

Shipping Restrictions
Black Ring Ammunition ships ammunition within the United States only and only where permitted by law and carrier policy.
Black Ring Ammunition does not currently accept or ship online orders to the following locations:
Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or Washington, D.C.
Ammunition cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Customers must provide a valid physical shipping address.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped using available carriers selected by Black Ring Ammunition. Carrier availability, shipping methods, and restrictions may change.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Orders may be delayed or canceled due to verification, compliance review, inventory availability, carrier restrictions, payment issues, or legal requirements.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or shipped, Black Ring Ammunition may cancel the order and issue a refund where applicable.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of ammunition products, all ammunition sales are final once shipped unless otherwise required by law or approved by Black Ring Ammunition.
Orders canceled before shipment, or orders that cannot legally or practically be shipped, may be refunded where applicable.
Product Use
The customer assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, transportation, and use of ammunition purchased from this website.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Ring Ammunition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse, storage, transportation, or handling of products sold through this website.
